Stress is one of the biggest causes of time lost from work. Something like 70% of illness, and disease has stress as the main cause!
Stress in the workplace & home creates poor work performance, lack of concentration, impaired communication, withdrawal from supportive relationships and aggression.
Factors that can contribute to stress in any situation are things like :

- Feeling of not being in control
- Frustration which has no outlet
As we all know, this describes life in the 21st. Century and is something experienced by every strata of society, both in the workplace and the home.
This is where Enliven and our massage therapies can be of real benefit. Addressing those tired aching muscles, in the neck, head and shoulders and back, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. Massage increases the circulation, stimulates the flow of lymph which is responsible for ridding the body of tension. This in turn releases pain and tension in the muscles.
We Come To You!
We can come right into your environment! Time pressures already add to stress problems, and we certainly don’t want to make it worse! That’s why we come to the workplace! Relieving the aches, tensions and pains that occur during a regular day’s work; just when you need it most, without having to change your schedule!
All we require is a chair, your staff and a few minutes 15 minutes of their time. A separate room is a bonus!
Sessions can be on a regular basis, for instance: a fortnightly 2 hour session during break times would cost £80 plus travel and 8 staff members would receive a 15 minute de-stress massage.
Or a half day (4 hours) would cost £150 plus travel when you could choose to either give 16 staff members a 15 minute massage or 12 staff a 20 minute reflexology or Bowen therapy or massage
Full Day sessions of 8 hours at a cost of £280 plus travel could incorporate a number of choices of therapies and time per person.
All the examples above are open for discussion depending on your needs as a company.
